1. Who we are
Auto Advantage (“we”, “us”) runs this website, www.autoadvantage.in, and provides lead generation, AI agents and a CRM platform to automotive businesses in India. For the personal data described in this policy, we decide why and how it is used, so we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through this website, the demo and partner forms, WhatsApp, phone and email when you contact us, and our sales and support conversations.
When a dealership, service center or studio uses our CRM and AI agents, the data of their customers is processed on their behalf. In that case the business is the Data Fiduciary and we act as its Data Processor, under our agreement with that business. Questions about that data should go first to the business you dealt with; we will help them answer you.
3. Personal data we collect
- What you give us: your name, mobile number, email (optional), business name, business type and anything you write in a form or message.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email: your number or address and the content of the conversation.
- Automatically, when you visit: technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the link or campaign that brought you (for example UTM tags). We use only the cookies needed for the site to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before they go live.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as financial account details, health information or government ID numbers through this website.
4. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about the services you asked about (with your consent).
- To manage our relationship with you if you become a client or partner (with your consent, and as needed to perform our agreement).
- To keep the website and our systems secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our legal rights, as the DPDP Act allows.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above without asking you first.
5. Your consent, and withdrawing it
When you submit a form, you agree to us using your data for the purposes in section 4. Your consent is free, specific and can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as you gave it: write to info@autoadvantage.in or reply “STOP” on WhatsApp. After withdrawal we stop using your data for those purposes within a reasonable time and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything done lawfully before it.
6. Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our hosting provider, email and messaging providers (for example WhatsApp, operated by Meta, when you choose to contact us there), and telephony providers. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor of our business, if Auto Advantage is merged or sold, under the same protections.
Some providers may process data outside India. We transfer data only as the DPDP Act permits, and not to any country the Government of India restricts.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. Then we delete it or make it anonymous. If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we delete it sooner, unless the law requires otherwise.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access only for people who need it, separate data for each client business, audit logs, and regular verified backups. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, in the manner and time the DPDP Act and Rules require.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of your personal data we hold and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;
- resolve a grievance about how we handled it; and
- let another person you nominate exercise these rights if you die or cannot act yourself.
Write to info@autoadvantage.in with your name and the number or email you used with us. We may ask you to confirm it is you before acting. We will reply as soon as we can, and in any case within the time the DPDP Rules allow (no more than 90 days for a grievance).
10. Grievances
Our Grievance Officer can be reached at info@autoadvantage.in (subject: “Privacy grievance”) or on +91 90223 24106. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once you have used our grievance process.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data. If you believe a child has given us their data, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information, do not share someone else's personal data without their permission, and do not make false or frivolous complaints, as the DPDP Act expects of every Data Principal.
13. Language and changes
You can ask for this policy in Hindi or another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes before they apply to data we already hold.
